Denuncian violación de mujeres en María La Baja, Bolívar
En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Internacional de la NO violencia contra las mujeres, los congresistas Ángela Robledo e Iván Cepeda denunciaron la violación de 11 mujeres en el Municipio de María La Baja por parte de integrantes de grupos armados, al parecer como una estrategia de terror en contra de las comunidades campesinas que exigen su derecho a la permanencia en sus territorios.
En un comunicado los parlamentarios dijeron que: «Mientras los hechos violentos continúan presentándose, el Estado sigue sin garantizar el acceso a la justicia, la constante son investigaciones que no avanzan, que no logran identificar a los responsables, reproduciendo así una cultura de impunidad y tolerancia frente a las violencias contra las mujeres«.
Los congresistas exigieron al Gobierno Nacional reglamentar de manera inmediata la Ley 1257 de 2008 y destinar los recursos suficientes para poder en marcha políticas públicas dirigidas a las mujeres.
Robledo y Cepeda saludaron el 12 Encuentro Feminista Latinoamericano y del Caribe que reúne por estos días en Bogotá a unas 1500 mujeres de América Latina y convocaron a la movilización de esta tarde para exigir la erradicación de todas las formas de violencia contra las mujeres.

30 AÑOS DE CONMEMORACIÓN DEL DÍA INTERNACIONAL DE LA NO VIOLENCIA CONTRA LAS MUJERES
Este año se cumplen tres décadas, desde que se realizó el Primer Encuentro Feminista Latinoamericano y del Caribe en Bogotá, lugar desde donde se impulsó el establecimiento del 25 de Noviembre como Día Internacional de la No violencia Contra las Mujeres.
En Colombia, la protección y garantía de los derechos humanos de las mujeres son todavía una deuda pendiente, la cual se incrementa en el marco del conflicto armado, muestra de ello, es la situación que se viene presentando en el Municipio de María la Baja desde el 14 de septiembre de 2011, donde han sido abusadas sexualmente 11 mujeres por parte de integrantes de grupos armados (quienes no han logrado ser identificados), presuntamente como parte de una estrategia de terror contra comunidades campesinas que exigen su derecho a la permanencia en sus territorios.
De igual forma, son las violencias que enfrentan mujeres líderes de población desplazada en Bogotá, quienes han sido víctimas de violencia sexual, de amenazas y agresiones reiteradas contra su vida e integridad personal en los últimos dos años. Hace una semana una de estas líderes quien participó en el debate de control político que realizamos en la Comisión segunda de la Cámara de Representantes sobre violencia sexual contra las mujeres en el marco del conflicto armado en el mes de agosto, quien goza de medidas cautelares de la Comisión Interamericana de DDHH, fue víctima de un atentado, en el cual resultó herido su guardaespaldas.
Mientras los hechos violentos continúan presentándose, el Estado sigue sin garantizar el acceso a la justicia, la constante son investigaciones que no avanzan, que no logran identificar a los responsables, reproduciendo así una cultura de impunidad y tolerancia frente a las violencias contra las mujeres. Sea esta una oportunidad para hacer un reconocimiento a las mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado que han convertido su dolor en un motor de social y ejemplo de fortaleza y dignidad
Aprovechamos esta fecha para requerir al Gobierno Nacional a que reglamente de manera inmediata la ley 1257 de 2008 y destine los recursos suficientes para terminar de formular y poder en marcha la política pública de equidad de género para las mujeres
Esta semana se lleva a cabo el décimo segundo Encuentro Feminista en la ciudad de Bogotá con la participación de cerca de 1.500 mujeres de distintas partes de Latinoamérica y el Caribe. Sea esta la ocasión para saludar y hacer un acto de reconocimiento al movimiento feminista, el cual ha tenido dentro de sus apuestas políticas la defensa de una vida digna, libre y autónoma para las mujeres en la región.
Sea este el momento para continuar cuestionando y desacatando los mandatos del patriarcado, el capitalismo, el racismo, el colonialismo, la homofobia y de continuar en la búsqueda de una verdadera democracia, de nuevas lógicas de poder y de relacionamiento entre los seres humanos.
Invitamos también a todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas a movilizarnos este 25 de noviembre para exigir la erradicación total de las violencias contra las mujeres, la movilización saldrá a las dos de la tarde del Planetario de Bogotá
