Grupo de Puebla crea red de parlamentarios progresistas en Iberoamérica.
Cuatro Congresistas Colombianos hacen parte de la iniciativa
- La Red de Parlamentarios Progresistas en Iberoamérica harán un llamado a los Gobiernos para que la vacuna contra el COVID-19 sean de acceso universal y gratuito
- Las Representantes a la Cámara Ángela María Robledo y María José Pizarro hacen parte de la red, así como los Senadores Iván Cepeda y Antonio Sanguino
Bogotá, D.C. Julio 4 de 2.020 El Grupo de Puebla, un espacio de concertación y articulación política, de lideresas y líderes progresistas de diversos países ibero-latinoamericanos, presentó este viernes 3 de Julio su nuevo espacio de articulación, el Grupo Parlamentario Progresista Iberoamericano que cuenta con más de treinta legisladores de 14 países de Iberoamérica.
Por Colombia, el grupo parlamentario está conformado por las Representantes a la Cámara Ángela María Robledo y María José Pizarro, así como por los Senadores Iván Cepeda y Antonio Sanguino, quienes en conjunto con sus colegas Iberoamericanos, resolvieron hacer un llamado a los gobiernos iberoamericanos y a las instancias multilaterales, a considerar la vacuna y tratamientos para curar la COVID-19, como bienes públicos de acceso universal y gratuito, garantizando su disponibilidad y distribución para toda la población.
De igual manera decidieron aprobar la presentación conjunta y coordinada, sea ante organismos legislativos nacionales, como ante instancias de integración regional adoptar políticas, como la declaración de licencias obligatorias y el desarrollo local de tecnología, que aseguren el acceso libre de la vacuna de los países parte, garantizando su justa distribución y debiendo rechazar cualquier intento de registro o patente relacionadas a la COVID-19 que pueda dificultar o encarecer el acceso a tratamientos o vacunas.
Entro otros participantes del grupo Parlamentario Progresista Iberoamericano se encuentran, los senadores Jorge Taiana (Argentina); Adriana Salvatierra (Bolivia); Alejandro Navarro (Chile); Beatriz Paredes (México); Humberto Costa y Gleisi Hoffmann (Brasil), Alejandro Sánchez (Uruguay); José Miguel Insulza (Chile); Esperanza Martínez, Carlos Filizzola, Jorge Querey y Fernando Lugo (Paraguay)[1].
Los diputados que participan son: Vanesa Siley (Argentina), Sonia Britos y Betty Yañíquez (Bolivia), Mario Delgado Carrillo (México), Marcelo Freixo y Jandira Feghali (Brasil), Karol Cariola y Daniella Cicardini (Chile); Anabell Belloso y Karina Sosa (El Salvador) y Cristina Lustemberg (Uruguay).
De Ecuador se integraron al organismo los asambleístas Gabriela Rivadeneira, Pabel Muñoz, Marcela Aguiñaga y Esther Cuesta Santana; de argentina el parlasuriano Óscar Laborde; los congresistas peruanos Mirtha Vázquez, Lenin Checo, Lenin Bazán y Rocío Silva.
Y desde España se incorporaron Adriana Lastra, portavoz del Grupo Socialista del Congreso de los Diputados y Ander Gil, portavoz del Grupo Socialista del Senado
El Grupo de Puebla es un espacio de concertación y articulación política, de lideresas y líderes progresistas de diversos países ibero-latinoamericanos, que comparten una mirada común y trabajan para la construcción de caminos y espacios de reflexión, acción, integración y solidaridad e incidencia política en cada una de las instancias donde participan políticamente.
Se adjuntan la declaración constitutiva del Grupo Parlamentario Progresista Iberoamericano y la declaración sobre el desarrollo de una vacuna contra el Covid-19.
