Procuraduría General de la Nación le da la Razón a Colombia Humana.
El ente de control anunció que “impugnará la decisión que negó la solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica al Grupo Significativo de Ciudadanos Colombia Humana en defensa del derecho de la oposición”
Bogotá, 30 de agosto de 2018.- Luego de conocerse la decisión del Consejo Nacional Electoral, CNE, de negar la solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica al movimiento Colombia Humana que para la segunda vuelta presidencial logró una votación de más de ocho millones de votos, la Procuraduría General de la Nación comunicó el día de hoy que una vez se notifique la decisión definitiva, interpondrá recurso de reposición contra esta en aras de proteger los derechos establecidos en el estatuto de la oposición.
Al respecto, la representante a la Cámara Ángela María Robledo Gómez, manifestó la coherencia del anuncio de la Procuraduría en relación con el Artículo 24 de la Ley Estatutaria de la Oposición Política, cuyo texto expresa: “los candidatos que sigan en votos a quienes la autoridad electoral declare elegidos Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República, tendrán el derecho personal a ocupar, en su orden, una curul en el Senado de la República y otra en la Cámara de Representantes… y, con la organización política a la que pertenezcan, podrán intervenir en las opciones previstas en el artículo 6 de esta ley y harán parte de bancada de la misma organización política”, es decir poder declararse en oposición y acceder a los derechos de la Ley en Mención.
De esta manera, la Procuraduría General de la Nación está dando la razón a la solicitud de la personería jurídica del movimiento Colombia Humana, la voz de más de ocho millones de personas que para la segunda vuelta electoral presidencial, votaron por una opción distinta.
